1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 200pub platform at 200pub.club (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published by 200pub ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 200pub.

3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 200pub Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 200pub may close all associated accounts and retain any funds therein if this policy is violated.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 200pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
200pub is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification and any additional documentation reasonably requested by 200pub as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions.
3.4 Account Accuracy
You must keep your registered information — including your mobile number, email address, and physical address — accurate and current. If your mobile number changes, you must contact 200pub support immediately to update your account to maintain uninterrupted access and OTP delivery.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Deposits
200pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 200pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposit sources must match the account holder's registered identity.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 4.3 Currency and Fees

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
200pub complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. 200pub may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards
200pub offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified. Expired bonuses cannot be activated retroactively.
- Wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity
All games available on the 200pub Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer infrastructure. 200pub does not control or influence game outcomes. The rules of each individual game — including bet limits, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and bonus mechanics — are governed by the game provider's specifications displayed within the game interface.
In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 200pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets that cannot be completed due to a system error may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet. 200pub's decision in such matters is final.
For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned before the markets are settled, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport-specific rules.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 200pub Platform:

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 200pub Platform — including but not limited to the 200pub logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of 200pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 200pub.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
200pub's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 200pub Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 200pub processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 200pub and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 200pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
200pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
200pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
200pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other relevant authorities.
- Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to closure after notice).
Upon termination for cause, 200pub reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Upon termination at the player's request (voluntary closure), any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completing applicable checks.

14. Amendments to These Terms
200pub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 200pub will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
